Greg possesses more than twenty years of real estate investment management experience focused on the acquisition and management of real estate portfolios on behalf of institutional clients. Greg’s expertise is focused on developing, implementing and managing core, core-plus, value-add and opportunistic investment strategies for multiple asset types. As Managing Director, Asset Management at DRM, Greg is responsible for implementing and overseeing all asset management activities for DRM’s nationwide real estate portfolio on behalf of its institutional clients.

Previously, Greg was a Managing Director, Portfolio Management with American Realty Advisors, where he was responsible for overseeing assets for American’s core open-end commingled fund, as well as managing several separate accounts on behalf of American’s pension fund clients. Greg directed all real estate activities and was the primary contact for client Chief Investment Officers, investment staff, Board of Trustees and real estate consultants. Greg was also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Greg received a B.A. from The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
